Jenga Future is a Kenyan-based non-profit organization founded in 2021 to co-create adaptation
solutions with vulnerable communities. Prioritizing the well-being of young people, indigenous groups, and persons with disabilities, we are keen on building resilience and adaptive capacity of the underserved in society to ensure equitable and sustainable flights out of poverty. 

Adaptation is a pivotal approach for us because it involves adjusting existing methods and innovating solutions that cater specifically to the unique challenges faced by communities. It enables us to integrate new knowledge and revise existing strategies in response to unanticipated conditions while ensuring that our interventions are not only reactive but also proactive, preparing communities for future challenges, thus enhancing resilience and self-sufficiency.

We develop programs that can be adjusted as community needs shift or as new obstacles arise. By prioritizing adaptation, we embody a commitment to equity, ensuring that the most marginalized groups have the tools and capabilities to adapt to socio-economic and environmental changes, thereby making significant strides towards inclusive and sustainable development.
